Our Process
01. The Brief
During the initial briefing stage we take time to learn about our clients, how they intend to use the property, their lifestyle, and personal style. We ascertain as much information as possible using photographs, floor plans, timescales, and budgets. We then create a detailed design proposal in which we outline the project brief and our design fee.
02. Concept Design
Interpreting the brief, we present concept designs that include initial concept boards illustrating the intended look and feel for each space, along with floor plans showing proposed layouts and any structural changes. This is a highly collaborative stage, where we invite our clients to share detailed feedback and, once the design direction and associated pricing are approved, we proceed to the next phase with full clarity and alignment.
03. Detail Design
Once the spatial layout and overall aesthetic direction have been agreed, we refine every element of the design. We develop detailed proposals for the confirmed colour palette, furnishings, bespoke joinery, decorative finishes, window treatments and architectural lighting, ensuring that each component aligns seamlessly with the design intent.
At this stage, we produce rendered elevations and 3D visuals to clearly illustrate the intended final look of each space. We also prepare comprehensive specification boards detailing all proposed fixtures, fittings, furnishings and materials within the scheme, providing full clarity before moving forward.
04. FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
Once specifications are finalized, we coordinate the procurement and manufacturing of each bespoke components. This includes material orders, custom joinery production, furniture fabrication and the technical validation of each item before installation.
We work directly with specialist workshops to review prototypes, confirm finishes and verify construction methods. Production schedules, delivery logistics and on-site sequencing are managed in detail to ensure a smooth transition into the installation phase, with regular updates provided to the client.
05. Execution & Completion
We oversee the full renovation process—from the first day on site to the final styling touch.
We manage timelines, site meetings, all coordination and the sequencing of trades, ensuring clear communication at every stage.
