Intellectual Property Statement 

All content displayed on this website and in any materials provided by Vyrtus Sàrl — including, without limitation, text, images, photographs, drawings, technical plans, floor plans, sketches, moodboards, 3D renderings, videos, design concepts, aesthetic proposals, custom joinery drawings, architectural details, PDF documents and all creative assets — is the exclusive property of Vyrtus Sàrl.

All such material is protected under Swiss copyright law (LDA/URG), applicable international treaties and general intellectual property principles.
Any reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, publication, transmission or exploitation — even partially — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Vyrtus Sàrl.

Use of Project Documents

Project documents provided to the client (including drawings, plans, joinery details, renderings, design concepts, technical proposals or any other creative material) are intended solely for the private use of the client within the scope of the project for which they were created.

Even if these documents have been paid for by the client, no intellectual property rights or usage rights are transferred unless expressly granted in writing.

Accordingly:

• The client may not use, reproduce or adapt any drawings, renderings, plans or documents for execution by another company, contractor, trades-person or third party.

• The client may not reuse these materials for another project or purpose.

• The client may not publish, disclose or transmit any part of these materials to external parties.

Any use, reproduction or implementation of Vyrtus Sàrl’s drawings or documents by a third party — without official written authorization — constitutes an infringement of intellectual property and may result in legal action under Swiss law.

IP Release Requirement

For any reproduction, construction, execution or third-party use of Vyrtus Sàrl’s drawings, plans or documents, an official written IP Release issued by Vyrtus Sàrl/House of Moods is required.

Without such a formal written agreement, any reproduction or execution is strictly prohibited.

Vyrtus Sàrl reserves all rights to accept, decline or limit IP Release requests, and may grant permission subject to specific terms and compensation.

Trademarks & Brand Assets

The name “House of Moods,” its logo, brand visuals, artistic direction, graphic compositions, design language and all communication materials are protected assets.
They may not be used, reproduced or adapted without explicit written authorization from Vyrtus Sàrl.
