Client Overview and Design Brief
A family of three who wanted to create a cozy and welcoming TV room. The goal was to design a space that would serve as a comfortable and stylish area for relaxation and family gatherings.
Project Objectives
Cozy Design Concept: Develop a design that feels inviting and warm, creating an atmosphere perfect for watching TV, lounging, and spending time together.
Wall and Ceiling Painting: Apply a thoughtful colour palette to the walls and ceiling that enhances the cozy atmosphere.
Furniture, Art, and Lighting: Source furniture, art, and lighting that align with the desired ambiance, ensuring the space feels both stylish and functional.
Design Approach
Space Planning & Layout: We focused on creating a space where the furniture arrangement promotes interaction and comfort. The layout supports easy viewing of the TV and encourages relaxation.
Colour Palette: The walls were painted with a warm, bold colour that adds personality to the room. The dark ceiling contrasts beautifully, adding depth and making the room feel more intimate.
Furniture & Accessories: We sourced modern, comfortable furniture that fits the family’s needs. The rug, artwork, and lighting were carefully chosen to complement the overall vibe of the space while adding flair and coziness. To add extra comfort, we used an extra large, extra deep sofa.
Lighting: The room features well-positioned lighting to ensure optimal ambiance for different activities, including watching TV and enjoying family time.
Implementation Considerations
Functionality & Comfort: Prioritized comfortable seating and functional spaces for the family to enjoy both together time and individual relaxation.
Cozy Ambiance: Focused on creating a warm and welcoming environment through the use of colour, soft textures, and well-chosen decor elements.

The TV room was transformed into a stylish, cozy space where the family can relax, watch TV, and spend quality time together. The combination of colour, custom furniture, and ambient lighting creates an inviting atmosphere that reflects the family’s personality and lifestyle.
