The client requested a renovation of their downstairs powder room as part of the overall "chill room" project. The goal was to provide a cohesive, bold design while maintaining a fun and luxurious atmosphere.

Project Objectives

•Renovate Powder Room: Create a new that reflects the bold and fun aesthetic of the chill room while offering a functional, stylish space.

•3D Visualization & Design: Develop 3D visuals to present the design concept to the client before starting the renovation.

•Custom Sink Trays: Manufacture new, custom sink trays to elevate the design and create a unique look for the powder room.

•Colour & Finish Selection: Use bold design elements, including a burnt orange ceiling colour, to add a fun, striking touch.

•Sourcing of Materials: Source high-quality, handmade tiles for the powder room, ensuring a unique and premium finish.

Design Approach

•Space Planning & Layout: The layout was designed to enhance the space of the powder room, while also making it an elegant space.

•Bold Ceiling Colour: The downstairs powder room features a striking burnt orange colour on the ceiling, providing a bold, unexpected twist that complements the overall design aesthetic.

•Custom Sink Trays: We designed and manufactured custom sink trays to ensure that the room would feature unique, high-quality fixtures that matched the overall look.

•Material Selection: All tiles were handmade and carefully sourced to ensure they provided the perfect balance of luxury and uniqueness while complementing the bold colour scheme. Black silk-wallpaper with luxurious touch is another remarkable element of design in this room.

•Coordination of Trades: We managed and coordinated all tradespeople involved in the renovation, ensuring that work progressed smoothly and on schedule.
