Client Overview and Design Brief
A successful couple with a business in luxury real estate, frequently hosting business dinners and parties. They sought a design that would reflect the elegance and high-end nature of their industry, while also providing functionality for both formal gatherings and family life.
Project Objectives
Luxury Design Direction: Develop a design that clearly reflects the clients’ high-end real estate business, blending luxury and sophistication in every aspect of the space.
Furniture Design & Customization: Design, manufacture and install custom furniture throughout the home to match the luxurious aesthetic.
Kitchen & Bathroom Design: Collaborate with the architects' team to design the kitchen and bathrooms, selecting high-end materials that complement the rest of the house’s decor.
Collaboration with Architects: Work alongside a French architectural team on structural aspects, while handling all aspects related to furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and floor layout.
Design Approach
Custom Furniture & FF&E: Our team took full responsibility for the design, manufacturing, and installation of the furniture pieces. Each item was carefully chosen and customized to meet the clients' taste and lifestyle. The design focused on elegance, timeless appeal, and functionality.
Material Selection for Kitchen & Bathrooms: We worked closely with the clients to select high-quality materials that would elevate the space, including luxurious countertops, sophisticated cabinetry, and statement fixtures.
Luxury Design Elements: The design incorporated sleek, clean lines with touches of opulence such as marble, fine wood, and metal accents, ensuring that every area exuded a refined and upscale atmosphere.
Schematic Designs & Floor Layout: We were responsible for providing the schematic designs and floor layouts, ensuring that each space flowed seamlessly while maximizing both comfort and aesthetics for hosting events.
