Client Overview and Design Brief
We are honoured to be working on a significant re-creation project in the South of France, transforming a dated apartments and suites complex into a contemporary, vibrant space for guests to enjoy and benefit from throughout their stay. The project encompasses five main buildings, with our scope involving the complete redesign of all private, public and office areas. We aim to create a harmonious balance between modern design and natural elements to offer guests an immersive and comfortable experience.
Project Objectives
Complete Redesign of Private and Public Areas: Our team will redesign the private and public spaces within the complex, ensuring a modern, joyful atmosphere while maintaining functionality and comfort.
Furniture and Textile Sourcing: We will source relevant high-quality furniture, curtains, rugs, and bed linens to complement the new design. All selections will reflect the overall design vision and contribute to the warmth of the space.
Custom Woodwork Design and Manufacturing: A key aspect of this project will be the design and manufacture of custom woodwork tailored to the space to ensure a cohesive and refined look.
Natural Materials Integration: In line with the surrounding natural environment, we will use materials such as linen, wood, limestone, and rattan. These materials will bring warmth and texture to the design, creating a homey, inviting atmosphere that ties the spaces to their natural surroundings.
Artwork and Upholstery Selection: We will source artwork that complements the design aesthetic, adding personal touches and enhancing the atmosphere. Additionally, we will use high graded, performance fabrics, ensuring the highest standards of durability and comfort throughout the space.
Design Approach
Partnership with French Architects: We are working in close collaboration with a team of French architects, who will handle the renovation aspects of the project. Their expertise will help us balance modern design needs with the preservation of the historic essence of the buildings.
Five-Year Project Timeline: This extensive project will span five years, giving us the time to ensure every detail is carefully considered, from sourcing materials to final installation and design adjustments.

Implementation Considerations
AutoCAD Measurements: We are transforming our measurements into AutoCAD to ensure precise plans for the renovation and design execution.
Development of Design Concepts: Simultaneously, we are focused on developing the design concepts for various areas within the complex. This includes conceptualizing the layouts and visual elements for both the private and public spaces, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious flow throughout.
Outcome
This project will be completed in 2027.
